Incidents

Incidents are user-created events within the system that are used to manage and communicate significant activity. Incidents can be created manually or from an existing Call for Service when information needs to be tracked, managed, reviewed, or shared beyond the original dispatch activity.

Incidents can represent a wide range of situations, including road closures, planned events, weather impacts, structure fires, wildfires, or major critical incidents. They serve as the primary method for managing incident information and controlling what information is submitted for approval and shared publicly.
