Opening an Existing Incident

You can open an existing incident using any of the following methods:

• From the sidebar: Expand Incidents and select an active incident from the list.
• From the Incidents screen: Select Incidents from the sidebar, then select the incident name from the table.
• From the map:
  Click on the specific incident icon on the map, then select View More Information from the pop-up.
