Entities

The Entities section serves as a centralized location for accessing available entity directories and records within the Aware Intel Hub. Entities may include operational records, system-generated data, configuration records, personnel-related records, and other data areas available to the user based on permissions and agency configuration.

Entities provide users with the ability to view, manage, and interact with different types of information, depending on their role, permissions, and agency configuration.

Note: Items displayed beneath Entities in the sidebar are configurable shortcuts. The shortcut list may vary by agency, user role, or system configuration and may not include every available entity type.

Not all entity types may be visible to all users, depending on permissions and system configuration.

The sections below introduce commonly available entity types. When an entity is primarily used for administration or configuration, this guide provides a brief overview here and covers the full workflow in the Settings section.
