Settings
The Settings screen provides access to administrative tools used to manage access, organization information, and system configuration within the Aware Intel Hub.
The Settings screen can be accessed by selecting Settings from the bottom of the sidebar. Access to Settings and the options displayed on this screen depend on user role, permissions, and agency configuration.
The Settings screen is organized into two main sections:
Access Management
The Access Management section is used to manage users, roles, and groups.
This section includes:
- Users: Manage agency user accounts
- Roles: Review role assignments and access definitions
- Groups: Manage user groups and memberships
System Configuration
The System Configuration section is used to manage shared configuration and lookup data.
This section includes:
- Organization: Manage organization profile and policy settings
- Lookup Tables: Configure shared reference values
- Layer Configurations: Manage map layer configuration
- Aware Portal Settings: Manage Aware Portal configuration and approval flow
