Supported Incident Attachment File Types
Incident attachments support common document, image, text/data, spreadsheet, compressed archive, and video formats.
The default file size limit is 100 MB per attachment. This limit is configurable if a different maximum file size is needed.
Supported File Extensions
The following file extensions are currently allowed for incident attachments:
